In this initial step, ensure that the picking area is prepared to commence a production cycle. The qualification wizard can help you assess the system’s performance without requiring an actual robot integration into the machine. It is crucial that the vision aspects reflect the final setup as closely as possible. Therefore, provide a realistic quantity of parts in the picking area, positioned and oriented as they would be in a real production scenario.
